This year Revivus is proud to be partnering with the Ventura County Rescue Mission to help raise funds for their ministry. Every ticket purchased to attend The Summer Event is helping to change lives! See our progress to the right. And while you’re at the event, be sure to stop by their booth to say hi, learn more about the many ways they are helping in the community, and the different ways you may be able to help them serve.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What can I bring into the event?
All bags and backpacks are subject to a security search at the gate. No outside food or drinks. No pets allowed in the event area. No Easy-Up style canopies. Beach umbrellas, chairs, and blankets are okay. No ice chests, coolers, or drink containers. The only exception is for special dietary or medical needs. We will have food vendors serving delicious food and drinks all day. So…wallets ARE allowed into the event. 🙂
What are my parking options for the event?
Parking is free. There are three parking lots at the park, the largest one is closest to the event on the West side of the park (off of Royal Avenue on Thompson Ln). There will also be overflow parking at Royal High School just west of the event on the south side of Royal Avenue. Visit our Event Info page for a Map. If you ride your bike, well…that’s a good question. We have no idea where the bicycle racks are. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
An ID is only required if you don’t have your ticket (we’ll have to look you up in our ticketing system). There is no age requirement for this event. Anyone can come, unless your parents grounded you. ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ Children 5 and under are free.
What is your smoking policy?
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in the event area. As long as you have a valid wristband, you can exit at the front gate to smoke and then return. You’re best bet is to just start wearing a patch today so you won’t have to worry about smoking come August 5th. Think about how great you’ll feel! ಠ‿↼
What’s the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. (But we’re pretty cool, so if it’s a dire situation, we can probably help you out.) Ticket transfers and upgrades (to VIP) are available at no extra charge (only the difference in ticket price and service fee if upgrading).
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You will need to have either your printed ticket or have the EventBrite mobile app on your phone in order for our staff to scan your ticket. Please don’t be “that guy” (or girl). If you ARE that guy/girl, don’t worry, we can take the time to look you up in our system while everyone else waits in line behind you…and then those same people you made wait will give you the stink eye all day long. You’ll feel awful. So don’t be that guy/girl, just bring your ticket or have your ticket ready on your mobile app. \(•◡•)/
Is my ticket transferrable?
Yes! Well…sort of…but it will be up to you to make sure the person you want to give your ticket to has access to your ticket. You can easily transfer your ticket from within the EventBrite website (desktop computer only) from your account. You can access your ticket from your confirmation email or by using your email address on the EventBrite website (remember transfers can only be done on a desktop computer). Or hey…here’s a thought…just give the person your printed ticket (that was easy).
Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn’t match the person who attends?
Yes. As long as you have a valid ticket that we can scan and validate then you’re all set. The name on the ticket can be Superman or Wonder Woman for all we care, as long as it’s valid when we scan it or look the name up in the system. Once that ticket is checked in, it cannot be used again. Wristbands will be issued up on entry (this is mandatory).
Are there in and out privileges once we enter the gate?
Yes! (But why would you want to leave?) You must be wearing an event wristband in order to re-enter, no exceptions. So be kind to our staff when you first enter the gate. Let them put that annoying wristband on your wrist (you know, the one that always manages to find a way to stick to your arm hair. Ouch!). ಠ~ಠ
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Go to our Contact page…as long as you’re nice.
