BUILDING 429

Building 429

Through their songs and their high energy live shows, GRAMMY®-nominated BUILDING 429 is a band that has been touted throughout their 15-year career as “authentic and amazing – uplifting and unforgettable,” along with being “truly focused on bringing glory to God.” Now, Building 429 is sure to continue keeping fans on their feet and singing their hearts out with a brand new collection of songs. Their anticipated new album, aptly titled Unashamed, is full of artful anthem-like choruses complimented by engaging power-pop melodies, paired with raw honest lyrics, digging into the album’s theme deeper than ever before. Unashamed is slated to release September 25th (Provident Label Group).

Since the release of their debut album in 2000, Jason Roy (vocals), Michael Anderson (drums), Jesse Garcia (guitars), and Aaron Branch (bass) have tirelessly and passionately exhorted the faith community with popular battle cries such as “Where I Belong” and “We Won’t Be Shaken.” In fact, their songs have also reached the peak of the radio charts. Building 429 held the No. 1 spot with “We Won’t Be Shaken” on Billboard’s Hot AC/CHR chart and AC Indicator for multiple weeks, eventually resulting in a nomination for the band at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards (Top Christian Song). Previous to that, “Where I Belong” (from 2011’s Listen To The Sound) became one of the longest No. 1 singles in Billboard history of Billboard’s Christian charts with a whopping 15 weeks at the top. “Where I Belong” went on to be named 2012 Christian Song of the Year and recognized as BMI’s 2013 Song of the Year.

Building 429 also received recognition with a GRAMMY nomination in 2013 for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album (We Won’t Be Shaken), a KLOVE Fan Awards nomination in 2014 for Best Group or Duo of the Year, Billboard’s 2012 Christian Songs Artist of the Year and Christian AC Songs Artist of the Year.

With Unashamed, their new album releasing this fall, Building 429 is taking the album’s title to heart. As they continue to boldly carry their banner proclaiming their faith through these new songs, the band is also making sure they don’t leave behind those who are struggling in their faith walk.

RHETT WALKER BAND

Rhett Walker Band

Essential Records artist, RHETT WALKER BAND, was was nominated for a GRAMMY for their debut single “When Mercy Found Me”, has toured with the biggest Christian artists, and has released two full-length albums (Come to the River in 2012 and Here’s to the Ones in 2014). Now three years later, Rhett Walker says that the newest single “I Surrender” is about how lost he felt after turning 30 and realizing that even though it appeared as though his life had direction, internally, he was amidst chaos. “I Surrender” is the prayer and intention he set for his life at the beginning of 2017. Says Rhett, “Every avenue of our lives is not our own, and when we realize that and surrender it, we can actually find peace. My prayer changed from fix it, fix it, fix it, to I surrender it – my life, my family, my music…” “I Surrender” is a prayer that we all need to hold close with lyrics such as, “I surrender everything I am, I surrender my heart into your hands…”

FOR ALL SEASONS

For All Seasons

Our decision to worship isn’t rooted in our circumstances or our emotions, our gifts or our talents. We worship, not because of how we feel or what we’re going through; we worship because of who God is. He has proven faithful time and time again, and so we continually chose to seek Him—in joy and in pain—in every season. This truth is the guiding vision behind California-based band For All Seasons. Comprised of Emily Hamilton (lead vocals, guitar), Johnny Hamilton (drums),and Jeff Luckey (guitar, keys, vocals). For All Seasons desires to cultivate an atmosphere of hope through their new project Clarity, no matter what season of life listeners may find themselves enduring.

t’s worship that marries artfully-crafted lyrics with rock and modern pop. With vertically-slanted lyrics, the songs are born out of time spent with the Lord and real-life stories of the places where God has met the For All Seasons members. “In all honesty, writing songs for church worship is not our goal. Getting songs played on the radio is not our goal,” Jeff explains. “We absolutely love the church and we love the purpose of radio, but our goal is a little more simple: to write authentically, passionately, and creatively, from our own stories, in hopes that those who hear our music connect with Jesus on a deeper level and chose to seek Him in every season of life. That’s our focus. However and wherever God wants to use it? That’s His decision.”

BREAKING GROUND WORSHIP

Breaking Ground Worship

Breaking Ground Worship is a Christian band from LA. We’re a bunch of friends who go to The Bridge Bible Fellowship in Reseda, CA together and love playing music. About 3 years ago, at a college and young adult group called “Breaking Ground,” where we formed our band. The name Breaking Ground relates to a ground breaking ceremony where the first ground is broken up before the foundation is laid. Our desire is to break ground by building a foundation of worship of God in our lives. It is our joy and desire to help people worship our amazing God. We hope you enjoy our music and are able to worship with us.
